Workability retaining admixture for concrete

Sika® ViscoCrete®-4400 is a liquid admixture for concrete based on a unique blend of polycarboxylate polymers technologies. Sika® ViscoCrete®-4400 is designed as a wokability extender for concrete that require retention properties of over 3 hours.

  • Extended consistence retention without sacrificing strength development
  • Excellent placement characteristics for longer
  • Extended travel time/delivery radius
  • Limited plasticising effect at lower dosage
  • Enhanced workability retention in mixes containing GGBS and PFA

  • Applications that require extended and stable consistence retention without delayed setting or reduction in early age strength
  • Suitability for use across broad range of consistence classes from S2 – SF3
  • High-performance concrete
  • Self-compacting concrete when used in conjunction with an additional superplasticiser

  • Improved effectiveness in higher ambient temperatures
