SolaX Power launches in Romania the new generation of heat pumps that deliver up to 28% in energy savings. The company thus offers a complete ecosystem, including microinverters, on-grid and hybrid inverters, high-performance batteries for any scenario residential, commercial, and industrial (including all-in-one systems for homes, clinics, warehouses, factories, shopping centers, institutions, schools, hospitals), as well as an innovative portable balcony system that can also be used during holidays and outdoor trips, AC and DC EV chargers, and high-performance heat pumps.
SolaX Power announces the official launch on the Romanian market of the latest SolaX Thermal R290 heat pump range, an innovative solution that completes the already

established Solax ecosystem of equipment: hybrid inverters, storage batteries, and charging stations for electric vehicles. The product has been launched internationally and is now available for orders in Romania, with the company expecting record sales thanks to its exceptional energy efficiency and intelligent integration with Solax photovoltaic systems.
The new SolaX Thermal R290 series represents a complete solution for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water, designed for modern homes and larger buildings. The heat pump operates across a wide temperature range, ensuring heating between 25°C and 80°C, domestic hot water between 20°C and 70°C, and cooling between 5°C and 25°C—all managed through an intelligent control system. Available in five models, with power outputs between 8 and 16 kW, in both single-phase and three-phase versions, the range easily adapts to various types of residential or commercial properties.
The performance of SolaX heat pumps is supported by A+++ energy efficiency, a SCOP of up to 5.42, and an increase in energy savings of up to 28% compared to conventional solutions. The technology uses the natural refrigerant R290, with minimal environmental impact (GWP=3, ODP=0), actively contributing to decarbonization goals and the transition to sustainable energy consumption.
One of the main strengths of the new generation is native integration with SolaX inverters and batteries via the intelligent SolaXCloud platform, which enables real-time monitoring of energy flows, temperature, and operating status. The system offers full control through the app, with the ability to schedule temperatures, operating modes, and start times, including special modes such as holiday, silent, or anti-freeze. Users can independently adjust the temperature for up to three heating zones, ensuring optimal comfort in every area of the home, with fine and economical control thanks to the AI Intelligent Scheduling function, which optimizes consumption and cost savings.

The European design of the outdoor units is complemented by a robust and quiet construction featuring biomimetic fans and vibration-damping systems, making SolaX Thermal R290 one of the quietest heat pumps in its category. Additionally, the series includes models with integrated domestic hot water tanks, hydraulic units, or fully integrated systems, providing flexible solutions for any type of residential or commercial project.
With this launch, SolaX Power strengthens its position as a leader in developing integrated solutions for the energy transition, offering a complete portfolio of products designed for energy efficiency and independence. The company is also distinguished in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment, where it has launched the ORI containerized batteries with capacities of up to 7.5 MWh, the TRENE storage systems with 100 kW power and 215 kWh storage capacity—or even 261 kWh storage and 125 kW power for the liquid-cooled version—along with the All-in-One AELIO model, which includes a 50 or 60 kW hybrid inverter and provides up to 200 kWh of storage per unit, being extremely easy to configure; engineers have already demonstrated that it can be installed in just one hour.
