High modulus polyurethane sealant and adhesive Everbuild Tecnic Puraflex 40 is a high modulus, one component, PU sealant and adhesive which adheres strongly to most substrates. Provides excellent mechanical resistance (Shore A 30-40), resistance to most common chemicals and can be overpainted when cured. - Bonds to concrete, wood, metal, aluminium, polyester, glass, uPVC, stone, ceramics, etc.

Mild acids/bases at <10 % concentration Joint Design Max joint depth should should be half joint width. If deeper, use EVERBUILD FIX AND FILL FOAM or EVERBUILD JOINT BACKER ROD. Furthermore, ensure that the joint design only permits adhesion to two surfaces, as three-sided adhesion will impair flexibility. BOND BREAKING TAPE, EVERBUILD BACKER ROD OR CURED EVERBUILD FIX AND FILL will remove third-side adhesion. Reference should be made to the recommended joint ratios. Joint range of 10 - 35 mm. |
