Hybrid Based Fire Rated Sealant and Adhesive. Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex FR is a one part sealant and adhesive product, combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethene technologies. It is specifically designed as a multi-purpose floor and wall sealant for all concrete saw cuts and cladding applications and/or slab expansion joints, where fire resistance is required. Fire rated up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations. - Good slump resistance.
- Abrasion resistant.
- Excellent resistance to chemicals & petrol (10 % dilute acids, alkalis, most solvent).
- Good flexibility (±20 % façade).
- Overpaintable with most paints (compatibility test should be made prior to full scale application).
- Can be applied on damp/wet surfaces.
