Conductive, heavy-duty, polyurethane primer for Sika Ucrete flooring

Sika Ucrete PLCAS is a trowel-applied, conductive primer for use on prepared concrete substrates. It fills in anchor grooves and provides a smooth, even and completely sealed substrate prior to overlaying with conductive Sika Ucrete industrial flooring systems.

  • Expert installation by fully trained and licensed applicators
  • Suitable for application on to 7-day-old concrete and 3-day-old polymer screed
Usage
Sika Ucrete PLCAS is used as a primer for Sika Ucrete industrial flooring systems. Sika Ucrete PLCAS is used within dry process areas including the following application areas:
  • Food and beverage facilities
  • Pharmaceutical facilities
  • Chemical and processing facilities
  • Clean rooms
  • Electronic facilities and data centres
  • Defence estates

Beware of condensation. The substrate and uncured applied product must be at least +3 °C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the surface of the applied product. Low temperatures and high humidity conditions increase the probability of blooming.
