Curing and sealing compound for concrete floors

Sikafloor® ProSeal-12 is a solvent-based, clear acrylic resin polymer solution used to cure, harden and seal fresh or hardened concrete.

Usage
Sikafloor® ProSeal-12 creates durable, wear-resistant and non-dusting surface to existing matured or fresh laid concrete floors or constructions.
  • Suitable for protection against ingress (Principle 1, method 1.2 of EN 1504-9).
  • Suitable for physical resistance (Principle 5, method 5.2 of EN 1504-9).

Application Information
Ambient Air Temperature

Sikafloor® ProSeal-12 can be applied at a broad range of temperatures (-10°C to +35°C). Significant prolongation / reduction of the drying time is expected when applied at temperature limits.
Relative Air Humidity

80 % relative humidity maximum
Dew Point

Beware of condensation! The substrate and uncured floor must be at least +3°C above dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the floor finish.
Waiting Time / Overcoating

The surface is touch dry after 1 to 2 hours at +20°C. Completely dry after 24 hours at +20°C.
