Filler for PMMA based products

Sikafloor® Pronto Filler is an inert filler which is used to bulk out Sikafloor® PMMA flooring resins.

Usage
  • In combination with Sikafloor® PMMA resins.
  • Preventing broadcasted sand scattered onto the resin surface from sinking down to the bottom of the layer.
Advantages
  • Improves mechanical properties of the resin (dependant on quantity).
  • Allows for viscosity adjustment of Sikafloor® PMMA resin applications.
  • Economical, easy to mix and use.
  • No effect on pot life or cure rate.
  • Low addition rate required to change resin viscosity.
  • Inert and non-reactive.

APPLICATION

General guide

The required amount of Sikafloor® Pronto Filler is added to the Sikafloor® PMMA resin in accordance with the appropriate System Data Sheet until fully mixed without any visible lumps. Refer to the individual System Data Sheet for further information.
