For 1 bag of SikaGrout®-311 approximately 12.3 liters of mortar is obtained

SikaGrout®-311 is mixed with an electric mixer at low speed (< 500 rpm) to avoid air entrainment. For best results always mix whole bags. Adăugați apă în proporția corectă într-un vas de amestec. While mixing, gradually add the powder. Blend for at least 3 minutes to achieve desired consistency.

Excess water will be removed from the substrate, for example with a clean sponge, until the surface has a wet-matt appearance without shine (dry saturated surface appearance). The pores and any small cavities of the substrate will not contain water. Wait 5 minutes after mixing for air entrained by mixing to be removed. Pour the mortar into the already prepared space, making sure there is enough pressure for the product to flow continuously. Make sure the air in the mortar can escape easily. To make the most of the mortar's capacity to increase its volume, put the mortar into work as quickly as possible (within 15 minutes max.).

Keep the mortar surface exposed as little as possible. Protect the fresh material from premature drying using known methods such as: wet geotextile membrane, polyethylene film, jute fabric, anti-evaporation products, etc.

Clean application tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
