Sikafloor®-132 Level Rapid is a 1-part, cementitious, polymer-modified, fast setting, smoothing and levelling compound for uneven rigid internal floors and ideal for applications where same day covering is required. Suitable for use with many flooring finishes such as carpets, vinyl, wood block flooring, ceramic tiles and laminate flooring. - Rapid Setting.

Application Information Layer Thickness 2 mm to 10 mm. Ambient Air Temperature +5 °C to +25 °C. Relative Air Humidity 75 % max. Mixing Ratio 2.6 to 2.8 litres of water required per 16 kg bag. Substrate Temperature +5 °C to +25 °C. Pot Life 5-10 mins approx. after mixing at 20 °C. Setting time 30 mins for foot traffic (3 mm thickness at +20 °C). Waiting Time / Overcoating Loose lay flooring from 45 mins. (3 mm thickness at +20 °C). Bonded floor coverings from 3 hours. (3 mm thickness at +20 °C). NOTE: Values are approximate, thickness and temperature may affect properties. When overcoating Sikafloor®-132 Level Rapid always ensure the moisture content has achieved the required value for the coating product, as the waiting time will vary with the application thickness and ambient humidity (refer to the product data sheet of the over/ top coat product). |
