Sanitary Grade Silicone

EVERBUILD TECNIC HM SILICONE is a premium, acetoxy curing silicone sealant engineered to provide enhanced body and superior toolability in sanitary applications. It contains powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould and fungal growth to the sealant in areas of high humidity.

  • Protection against mould, fungal and bacterial growth based on 10 years accelerated ageing under ISO22196 and AATCC 30 part 3.
  • Waterproof seal.
  • Flexible - Movement accomodation of +/- 20%.
  • High viscosity formula for quick easy tooling.
Usage
  • Sealing around all kitchen and bathroom sanitary areas.
  • Expansion joint and corner joint sealing of ceramic tiles.
  • Sealing around sanitary fittings in domestic and municipal applications.
  • General sealing in areas subject to high humidity levels.
