FLEXIBLE FIBER-REINFORCED BITUMEN MODIFIED BITUMEN COMPOUND

Protective, flexible, fiber-reinforced, solvent-free, single-component, polymer-modified bitumen emulsion based coating.

Use
  • The putty mass is applied on vertical surfaces in a thick layer for the protection and waterproofing of underground concrete structures. For underground concrete elements, for external concrete diaphragms and foundations at ground level, piers and buried retaining walls, against the action of moisture and groundwater (humic acids) with an aggressive action.
  • For fixing buried thermal insulation and drainage boards made of extruded polystyrene and sponge glass.

SUPPORT QUALITY

The substrate must be smooth, dry, free of dust, grease, oil and free of loose or friable particles. Defects on the concrete surface (voids, segregations, swellings, etc.) must be repaired before applying the coating, with Sika MonoTop®. Clean the concrete surface with clean water.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. The hardened product can only be removed with Sika® Colma Cleaner.
