Use

Sarnafil® T Prep is used to prepare surfaces before thermowelding Sarnafil® TG and TS membranes to obtain a quality weld.

Sarnafil® T Prep is also a cleaning agent for removing dirt or bitumen residues from the surface of Sarnafil® TG and TS membranes.

APPLICATION

Application instructions:

Based on the valid installation instructions of the waterproofing membrane used.

Method of application:

Prepare areas before heat sealing using a white cloth soaked in Sarnafil® T Prep Allow Sarnafil® T Prep to evaporate completely before heat sealing. During the preparation of the areas to be welded, the cloths must be changed frequently to avoid the spread of dirt.

White cloths effectively absorb dirt and there is no possibility of staining the membrane by discolouring them. Use solvent-resistant protective gloves and goggles during application. Sarnafil® T Prep contains highly volatile and flammable solvents. Application of the product in closed spaces is only allowed when there is sufficient ventilation of the space. Smoking and open flames are prohibited!
