Cleaner for Sikaplan

Sika® Trocal Cleaner L-100 is a solvent-based cleaning agent for the preparation of Sikaplan® roofing membranes

Use
  • Cleaning agent for removing local contamination from the surface of Sikaplan® roofing membranes and from the overlap area
  • Preparation of old Sikaplan® PVC membranes for thermowelding
  • Thinner for Sika-Trocal® C 733 adhesive
  • Degreasing the cashier plate
  • Preparation of PVC membranes for cold welding with solvent-based adhesive

The product must be stored in its original, unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging and protected from direct sunlight. The product is highly flammable: protective measures regarding the storage and handling of this product must be observed. Always refer to the packaging.

APPLICATION

Reference should be made to other documents as appropriate such as the relevant application procedure, application manual and installation or work instructions.

Application as a cleaning agent: Sika® Trocal Cleaner L-100 has a high damaging effect on textile colors and dirt. To prevent discoloration on the surface of the membrane, it is recommended to use white cloths. Spills of Sika® Trocal Cleaner L-100 must be removed immediately with dry cloths. The cleaning agent on the surface of the membrane must be completely evaporated before heat sealing.
