Epoxy based tough-flexible coloured flooring seal coat Sikafloor-378 is a 2-part, epoxy based, coloured, flooring seal coat with improved resistance against amine blushing under critical weather conditions. It provides a hard wearing, abrasion and chemical resistant gloss finish over aggregate broadcast Sikafloor epoxy or polyurethane resin floors. The substrate and uncured applied floor material must be at least +3 °C above dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the floor finish.
