Heavy duty, low-viscosity primer for Sika Ucrete flooring

Sika Ucrete PSC is a low-viscosity primer trowel-applied to prepared cementitious substrates. It reduces the porosity and air release of the prepared substrate prior to overlaying with trowel-grade Sika Ucrete industrial flooring.

  • Expert installation by fully trained and licensed applicators
  • Suitable for application on to 7-day-old concrete and 3-day-old polymer screed
Usage
Sika Ucrete PSC is used as a primer for Sika Ucrete industrial flooring systems. Sika Ucrete PSC is used within wet and dry process areas including the following application areas:

  • Pharmaceutical facilities
  • Chemical and processing facilities
  • Manufacturing facilities and workshops

Dew Point

Beware of condensation. The substrate and uncured applied product must be at least +3 °C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the surface of the applied product. Low temperatures and high humidity conditions increase the probability of blooming.
