Ambient air temperature
The relative humidity of the air
Dew point Beware of condensation. To reduce the risk of condensation or efflorescence on the finished surface, the temperature of the substrate and the freshly applied material must be at least +3 °C (+37 °F) higher than the dew point temperature. Low temperatures and high relative humidity increase the probability of surface efflorescence. Support temperature
Moisture content in the substrate The product can be applied to substrates with a high moisture content without standing water. Check for rising damp. The support must be visibly dry and have a pull-out strength of at least 1.5 N/mm² (218 psi). Lifetime of the mixture
Waiting Time / Recoating Before re-covering the Product, a waiting time will be ensured as follows:
Note: Times are approximate and are affected by changes in ambient conditions, especially temperature and relative humidity. Note: If instead of the Sikafloor® PurCem®-based leveling and pore-closing layer you use another Sika® priming product, please observe the recoating times indicated in the respective Product Data Sheet. Ensure that the primer or leveling and pore closing layer is fully cured before applying the Sikafloor® PurCem® wear layer. Consumption ~1.9 kg/m²/mm EQUIPMENT MIXING EQUIPMENT

SUPPORT QUALITY TREATMENT OF JOINTS AND CRACKS IMPORTANT IMPORTANT Incorrect treatment of cracks Incorrect assessment and treatment of cracks can lead to a reduced life of the finish and re-occurrence of cracks. Existing construction joints and static surface cracks require treatment before the system is applied. Use resin-based products from the Sikafloor® and Sikadur® ranges to level and fill them. The product can be applied to freshly poured or wet concrete without standing water. Wait at least 3 days after pouring the concrete to allow the initial shrinkage to wear out, thus preventing shrinkage cracking on the wearing surface. The cement base layer (concrete/screed) must be solid and have sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm 2 (3626 psi) ), with a pull-out strength of at least 1.5 N/mm 2 (218 psi) . The substrate must be clean and free of contamination, such as: impurities, residues, oil, grease, coatings or previous surface treatments, friable materials, etc. PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT To prevent detachment of the material from the support in the end areas, place anchor grooves along exposed edges (perimeter, joints, connections, plinths, posts, gutters/siphons, etc.) as indicated and detailed in Method of Application: Sikafloor® PurCem®. The width and depth of the grooves must be equal to twice the thickness of the applied system. shuffle IMPORTANT Only mix complete sets PROCEDURE FOR MIXING 3 COMPONENTS

APPLICATION IMPORTANT Protection of the material after application After application, protect the System from moisture, condensation and direct contact with water for at least 24 hours. IMPORTANT Protection of the material from condensation and accidental leaks During application, protect the Product from condensation or any leaks from ceiling fixtures. IMPORTANT Ventilation of closed spaces Always ensure good ventilation when applying the Product in enclosed spaces. IMPORTANT Applications on screeds based on modified polymer cement Do not apply to polymer modified cementitious screed substrates. When sealed with an impermeable resin, in the presence of moisture they can expand. IMPORTANT Waiting time for food products In food processing areas, always allow a waiting time of at least 48 hours after applying the product before putting the floor into use.
