Biological degradable water based mould release agent

Sika® Separol® W is a ready to use, solvent and mineral oil free concrete release agent. It is an emulsion, based on biological degradable synthetic oil.

  • Excellent ‘sticking’ ability on vertical mould surfaces
  • Self levelling after spray application
  • Non combustible vapour
  • Reduced ‘dusty’ residues on the formwork
  • Safe for the operatives to handle
Usage
Sika® Separol® W can be applied on sites and in precast plants.

Sika® Separol® W is mainly used for the following applications:
  • Smooth non-absorbent formwork
  • Absorbent formwork
  • Heated formwork (up to +70°C)
  • Textured formwork
