Sika® Mörtelplast MP 22 is an additive for mortars, with a combined effect, with the help of which both workability and maintenance can be adjusted.

Use
  • Cement mortars
  • Mortars made of filler and cement
  • Mortars made from fast setting binders
  • Mortars made with aggregates with a high content of fines
  • Mortars made at high temperatures
Advantages

Used in the preparation of mortars, Sika® Mörtelplast MP 22 has the following effect:

  • It delays the hydration reaction of the cement
  • Entrains air into the mortar mass during the mixing process

Thus, with mortars prepared using Sika Mörtelplast MP 22, the following are obtained:

  • A more homogeneous and stable mixture
  • Increased workability, up to 36 hours, even at high temperatures
