Application Information Product Temperature Maximum | +35 °C | Minimum | +8 °C | Ambient Air Temperature Maximum | +35 °C | Minimum | +8 °C | Dew Point Beware of condensation. The substrate and uncured applied product must be at least +3 °C above dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the surface of the applied product. Low temperatures and high humidity conditions increase the probability of blooming. Substrate Temperature Maximum | +35 °C | Minimum | +8 °C | Substrate Moisture Content Substrate | Test method | Moisture content | Cementitious substrates | Calcium carbide method (CM-method) | ≤ 4 % |
No rising moisture (ASTM D4263, polyethylene sheet) Waiting Time / Overcoating PRIMER FOR COATING PRODUCTS Waiting time before applying a waterborne coating: Temperature | Time | +8 °C | 12 hours | +20 °C | 5 hours | +35 °C | 2.5 hours |
When the application is over an existing coating, waiting time to overcoating is doubled. PRIMER FOR CEMENT BASED RESURFACING PRODUCTS When used as primer under resurfacing mortar apply the mortar while the primer is tacky. If the Product has dried out completely, re-apply 1 coat. |
